I saw it last fall. I must say that I am not a fan of Horror even Campy horror. Yet I found Bubba to be pretty funny. I also saw a friend's name in the credits and was able to pitch him a fair bit of shit for the whole thing.

Bubba Ho Tep was a little too slow on jokes for me to find it very funny, and a little too slow on scares to find it scary. Entertaining nonetheless.

And Hero's story was a lame excuse to show some nice colours and slow motion fighting. That's what I thought of it anyways.
